I have to commend the staff in the service department at Paramus Mitsubishi. I was driving on Route 17 when I noticed my truck was acting strange and had a rattle to it. Due to the traffic and business of the highway, I couldn’t take the chance of pulling over. I noticed Paramus Mitsubishi sign and decided to see if they could help me. When I walked into the service department, I saw there were several customers waiting so I figured they had no time to help me. I approached the counter and was greeted by the rep.,Chris. I explained the trouble I was having and asked if they could check it out. He explained that they were a little busy at the moment but he would check with his servcie manager. I was quite shocked when the manager, Ron, came over, introduced himself and explained that they were a little tight with customers, however if I didn’t mind a little wait, they would fit me in. I knew I couldn’t drive too far so I agreed. Within 30 minutes they notified me that they were going to check out the problem. After test driving it in the parking lot they brought it into the garage. After an hour went by Chris called me to the counter and explained the problem and gave me an estimate. He also informed me the mechanic had found a couple of other problems that needed to be addressed, however they were not serious enough to do that day. He gave me another estimate on what it would run for the parts and labor. Within the next hour my truck was ready. I could not believe that they were able to help me in such short time. At that moment I decided I was going to come back to them for the other repairs. I was very happy with the service they provided and I will continue using them for any future service.
