I give this dealer an overall rating of 5 on a (1 to 5) scale for the following reasons:
1) The general manager, Mr. Perrotti, has a tremendous amount of sales experience and provided me with the highest level of customer satisfaction. He was very patient and polite when handling the negogiation process of the deal. Patience is a must for any salesperson or general manager of a car dealership because so many factors come into play when purchasing a new car. It is easy to get frustrated while overcoming or finding a solution to all of these obstacles.
2)The salesperson, Mr. Gibson provided me with a high level of customer service and was content with selling a car with a lower commission rather than not sell a car, letting the customer walk because of trying to earn a higher commission.
3) The dealership is fair and reasonable with people who are fair and reasonable.
4) The financial expert was great in shopping for low rate with the banks to finance my purchase. We were successful.
5) They do not try to rip you off or make more than they are supposed to make. Therefore, they are open to giving better deals on any car than other dealers who want to make a high percentage of profit on every car.
I am a very satisfied customer who recommends this dealer to anyone who wants to find a good car at fair price.
