I was in the market for a new vehicle, and I had narrowed down a few different brands and models of cars according to my needs, one being a Mitsubishi Lancer.
I walked into the Paramus Mitsubishi dealership, and I should have just ended my search then and there, because the final result was me purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
I was greeted by a new salesperson, Kyle, who was extremely friendly and energetic. He requested assistance from David, one of the sales managers, a bit often–although again, he was brand new to the position. Between the two of them, I couldn’t have asked for more in customer service. Another salesperson, John, kept popping in every once in awhile to tell me about some of the features of the cars I was interested in.
Before I made the final decision of the purchase, I told them that I’m not the type who likes to waste others’ time, and I don’t particularly enjoy my time wasted, either. I clearly stated the car I wanted with every feature, and told them, "I want your bottom price, after all taxes and fees". Without hesitation, they gave me one flat number after all taxes and fees, and I didn’t have to ask twice.
To wrap this story up–I continued to receive fantastic customer service and down-to-earth attitudes from the folks at the Paramus Mitsubishi dealership. I’m now the proud owner of a 2010 Lancer GTS Sportback, and will be encouraging my friends, family, and colleagues to consider a Mitsubishi as their next new vehicle, and to deal with none other than the salespersons at Paramus.
