I would deftinly come back there very friendly. Didnt pressure u to buy things. Very knowable. Foung out threw them the last dealer i had my car service with put the filter in my car wrong and that was the reason why i was having the problems I was with the car cause of the last dealership i brought it to. Thanks I would and cant wait to go back to that dealership.

I have had my Montero since July of 2006. The service dept has been excellent. The manager and his team has had great continuity of the same people for quite awhile and genuinely seem to like each other and it translates well over to each service appointment I’ve ever had. Over the past 4-1/2 years, there has never been a bad experience and I cannot say that about any other service dept I’ve ever been to. These guys take care of a problem cheerfully and quickly if ever one arises. This is the way an auto service dept should be and I’m happy I got a Mitsubishi Montero to discover this.

On a side note, I’ve come to the end of my lease and I have checked out every other vehicle even closely similiar to the Montero or even not so close. Nothing compares to this great vehicle. A little updating with some bells and whistles inside would be nice but keep it simple (please don’t mess with the body, the windshield angle is PERFECT, the ground clearance and height is SWEET). Maybe re-do the back swing gate to a split tailgate down, lift glass up – the the Volvo XC90). Increase mileage if possible. MONTERO RULES BIGTIME – BRING IT BACK TO THE USA!

I am a fairly new customer to Paramus Mitsubishi. After purchasing a vehicle there, I was introduced to the Service Manager, Ron. He was so polite pleasant and displayed a true willingness to be helpful. He informed me that if I needed any explanation about my new vehicle or had any concerns or problems, not to hesitate in contacting him, or if he was unavailable, either Chris or Rob his two Service Reps. I can clearly admit I have taken full advantage of the offer. Each time I have called they all have been polite, courteous and extremely helpful. With having a hectic work schedule it sometimes became difficult for me to have my vehicle serviced without losing time from work. I have found Paramus Mitsubishi Service Dept so cooperative in helping me work around my schedule. Thanks to Ron, I no longer feel stressed when it comes to maintaining the upkeep on my car. Please don’t just take my word. The next time you need to have your vehicle serviced, no matter what make or model, schedule the appointment with them.

I purchased my new Spyder in 2003 from this dealership & have been using the service dept ever since & they have been absolutely wonderful each & every time I go there. Chris Follmer has been extremely helpful when I’ve needed special attention on certain repairs. Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely professional & friendly!

Chris is always very accomodating and helpful making very easy to service my car with the dealership. They always handle the service of the car quickly and effeciently. I would highly reccomend this service department to other people. I have serviced my last two cars with Maywood as well.
